Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales of cybersecurity services, including implementation, consulting, managed services, and support for enterprise partner and vendor ecosystem.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, build sales pipelines, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with presales, technical, and delivery teams to craft and present tailored cybersecurity services offering.
  • Work along with the ecosystem to drive the upsell and cross opportunity within the existing customer base.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals along with OEM / Partner account executives, IT/security leaders, and procurement teams.

Partner Alliances Management

  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships with cybersecurity OEMs locally available in the region and regional distributors and partners.
  • Execute joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling activities, and partner-led marketing campaigns.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with alliance partners to maximize collaboration and revenue growth.

Market Development & Strategy

  • Define and implement territory-specific sales and partner strategies for GCC.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, partner forums, and client workshops.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 5 - 6 years of proven experience in cybersecurity services sales or partner alliance management.
  • Strong network with enterprise clients, system integrators, and cybersecurity OEMs in GCC.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies such as IAM, cloud security, endpoint security, DLP, and GRC.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in cybersecurity or IT services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Arabic (primary) and English.
  • Self-motivated, relationship-oriented, and results-focused with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
