Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Dealer Network Expansion Develop and implement dealer network growth plans in alignment with brand strategy and regional market objectives. Identify and evaluate potential partners through rigorous qualification assessments.

  • Dealer Support & Resource Coordination

    Coordinate internal and external resources to address dealer needs related to inventory, financing, and technical support. Performance Monitoring & Improvement Track and analyze dealer performance metrics (e.g., sales volume, inventory levels, customer satisfaction). Conduct regular evaluations and design improvement initiatives.

  • Channel Compliance & Brand Standards

    Implement and manage the brand’s channel management system. Ensure dealer compliance with pricing policies, marketing activities, and customer service standards.

  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights

    Gather market and competitor channel data to provide actionable insights that support strategy adjustments and strengthen market positioning.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • 1–3 years of experience in channel operations or retail management. Familiarity with premium channel operations is preferred.

  • Strong capability in channel development and business negotiation, with the ability to independently manage partnership discussions.

  • Proficient in basic data analysis (Excel, CRM tools) with the ability to identify operational issues through channel data.

  • Valid C1 or higher driver’s license. Able to adapt to frequent site visits and short-term travel across cities.
