Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Channel Partnership Specialist, you ll play a key role in identifying, developing, and managing high-impact channel partnerships that support Tamara s growth strategy. You will collaborate with ecosystem players such as fintechs, e-commerce platforms, and strategic distribution partners to unlock new customer acquisition channels and expand Tamara s reach. This is a strategic and execution-focused role with direct impact on revenue and market presence.
Your responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with key distribution and referral partners such as fintechs and e-commerce platforms
- Support partnership proposals and agreements, ensuring smooth execution and mutual value delivery
- Monitor partner performance and drive improvements in sign-ups, engagement, and GMV
- Lead co-marketing and joint go-to-market initiatives to boost partner-led acquisition
- Track initiative performance and optimize strategies for better results
- Analyze market trends to identify new partnership opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Demand Generation, Product, Integration, Onboarding) to align partnership activities
- Deliver training sessions and create scalable enablement materials for partners and their merchant networks
Your expertise
Experience:
- 1 2 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or commercial roles
- Experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or SaaS is a plus
Skils
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to structure and support high-impact partnerships
- Comfortable with data analysis and performance tracking
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
