Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard large retail stores, hypermarkets, reseller and distribution networks

  • Pitch and secure shelf space for private label products

  • Expand distribution for existing brands across new channels

  • Build and manage relationships with procurement managers / buyers/ stockists/ warehouse managers

  • Negotiate pricing, margins, and supply terms for bulk deals

  • Ensure consistent stock movement (sell-in & sell-out tracking)

  • Coordinate with internal team for inventory planning & replenishment

  • Monitor competitor presence and optimize in-store visibility

  • Achieve monthly volume and revenue targets

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years experience in channel sales / distribution / FMCG / electronics retail

  • Strong network with retail buyers, wholesalers, or distributors (Oman/UAE preferred)

  • Proven track record in high-volume sales and product placement

  • Good negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • Basic understanding of IT/networking products (preferred, not mandatory)


Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Number of new retail accounts opened

  • Shelf placements secured

  • Monthly volume movement (units sold)

  • Revenue from new channels

  • Repeat orders / account retention
