Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage infrastructure, premises and equipment.
  • Supervise the maintenance of buildings and facilities.
  • Ensure the follow-up of service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, catering, etc.).
  • Manage the purchases and stock of supplies and materials.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of logistical means (vehicles, energy, telephony, etc.).
  • Organize the layout of spaces and internal movements.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and environmental rules.
  • Monitor the general resources budget and optimize costs.
  • Implement management and control procedures.
  • Process internal requests related to general services.

Skills:

  • Logistical and administrative management.
  • Follow-up of contracts and suppliers.
  • Notions in maintenance and building management.
  • Mastery of office tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bac+2 Bac+5 in management, logistics, administration or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar position.

Ability to coordinate multiple providers and services.

Sense of initiative and confidentiality.

Good communication.
