Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and distributing automotive ads across various websites and social media channels. Your role will be to maximize the visibility of the vehicles for sale and attract a targeted audience to generate leads and sales. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer support teams to achieve the company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Creating Ads: Write detailed descriptions with quality and attractive photos of the vehicles for sale, highlighting their features, benefits and technical specifications.
- Listing Management: Manage the database of vehicles available for sale. Update information on prices, promotions and vehicle availability. Ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date and comply with website and social media requirements.
- Ad Distribution: Post ads on specialized car sales websites, online classifieds platforms, and relevant social media. Use targeting and paid promotion features to reach a specific audience.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze ad performance in terms of views, clicks, and conversions. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Use analytical tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency of communication and messaging. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure ads meet customer needs and expectations. Collaborate with the customer support team to respond to questions and requests from prospects interested in ads.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitive ads and online automotive market trends. Identify best practices and opportunities to improve ad visibility and performance.
- Excellent oral and written communication;
- My experience with computer tools and online publishing.
- Familiarity with social media and online classified ad platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze and track ad performance.
- Sense of organization and rigor;
- Proficiency in office tools (G Suite in particular);
- Dynamic, proactive and curious are qualities that are recognized in you with great open-mindedness;
- You are not afraid of autonomy;
- Experience in the automotive industry or in an administrative department is a plus;
- Coming from a commercial background or experience, you have a very strong customer/service orientation and excellent commercial negotiation skills;
- You know how to reassure your interlocutor, convince and conclude sales;
- You like challenges, surpassing yourself, and you don't see goals as a milestone to reach but rather as something to pass;
- You have undeniable interpersonal skills on the phone, an appetite for the automotive sector with a start-up mindset;
Desired Candidate Profile
University degree in a relevant field (marketing, communications, business, etc.) or equivalent experience.
Good knowledge of automobiles ideally.
Strong writing skills and the ability to create compelling descriptions.
Experience in the automotive industry or in an administrative department is a plus;
