Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversees triage prioritization, rapid assessment, stabilization, and emergency interventions.
  • Ensures timely, accurate documentation and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Promotes evidence based emergency practices and guides staff in clinical emergencies.
  • Responds immediately to critical conditions such as cardiac arrest, trauma, and resuscitation.
  • Ensures proper medication administration, narcotic control, and adherence to ER medication safety protocols.
  • Coordinates patient flow from arrival to admission, discharge, or transfer.
  • Ensures readiness of emergency equipment, supplies, and resuscitation resources.
  • Guides emergency management for mass casualty incidents, disaster activation, and surge events as required.
