Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient task execution.
  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe workplace.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on assistance to resolve problems effectively.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies, ensuring availability of necessary resources.
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time sheets and job reports.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications, delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or vocational training is advantageous.
  • Hold relevant certifications, such as First Aid, and specific industry-related qualifications.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related industry.
  • Exhibit experience in the oil and gas industry or a similar field.
  • Showcase strong technical skills, including proficiency in relevant tools and equipment.
  • Display excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and working in various conditions.
