Roles & Responsibilities

As a Yacht Charter Broker, you will be responsible for managing the full charter lifecycle, from initial enquiry through to successful delivery. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on yacht selection, itineraries, pricing and negotiations, while delivering a seamless, high-end service experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and securing yacht charter bookings
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with UHNW clients
  • Consulting on yacht availability, destinations, and itineraries
  • Negotiating contracts and charter terms
  • Liaising with yacht owners, managers, captains, and operational teams
  • Ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction at every stage
  • Using Yotfolio to manage listings, availability, client enquiries, and charter processes

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience within yacht charter brokerage

Previous experience working with Yotfolio is essential

Strong knowledge of the superyacht / marine industry

Excellent negotiation and sales skills

Highly client-focused with a strong service mindset

Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities

Proactive, commercially driven, and solutions-oriented

Comfortable working in a hybrid environment

Background in luxury services or hospitality is advantageous

Fluency in English essential; additional languages are a strong plus
