Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee the financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and cash flow management, with the ability to handle client billing, collections, and trust accounts within a legal environment.

  • Manage the firm’s accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting processes

  • Oversee client billing, invoicing, and revenue tracking

  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments

  • Handle bank reconciliations, general ledger, and financial statements

  • Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and tax requirements

  • Manage VAT filings and audit processes

  • Monitor cash flow and provide financial insights to management

  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities

  • Implement and improve financial controls and processes

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (e.g., ICAI, ACCA, or equivalent)

  • Bachelor's in accounting or finance required. Master's degree is a plus.

  • 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience

  • Experience in professional services or law firm is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of VAT and UAE financial regulations

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
