Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including:
• General ledger
• Accounts payable & receivable
• Bank reconciliation
• Fixed assets accounting
• Monthly and annual closing

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.

Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts as per UAE regulations and accounting standards.

Manufacturing & Costing

• Handle product costing and profitability analysis for:
• Trailers
• Tippers
• Flatbed trailers

Monitor:

• Raw material consumption
• Production costs
• Labour costs
• Overheads

Conduct variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Coordinate with production and procurement teams for operational efficiency.

Taxation & Compliance

Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and statutory requirements.

Handle VAT return filing, audit support, and regulatory documentation.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.

Banking & Commercial Activities

• Manage:
• Banking operations
• LC/BG documentation
• Trade finance
• Working capital planning
• Cash flow management

Coordinate with customers and suppliers for payment follow-ups and reconciliations.

Inventory & Internal Controls

Supervise inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.

Develop and implement financial controls, SOPs, and compliance systems.

Ensure process discipline across plant accounting functions.

ERP & Reporting

Work on ERP/accounting software for finance and inventory management.

Prepare operational and financial dashboards for management review.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of:
• Manufacturing accounting
• Product costing
• UAE VAT compliance
• Financial reporting
• Working capital management

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems

Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills
