Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct audits to evaluate financial systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
- Manage tax planning and compliance, advising clients on effective strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with departments to align financial goals and monitor performance against targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus for advanced roles.
Professional certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA)
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or auditing roles, with a proven track record of handling complex financial transactions.
Experience in industries such as finance, manufacturing, or consulting, showcasing adaptability to different business environments.
Retail industry experience is an advantage.
