Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Ensure accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and work-in-progress (WIP) accounting.
Finalize balance sheet, profit & loss statement, and cash flow statements.
Monitor product costing, BOM costing, and perform variance analysis.
Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
Manage banking operations, working capital, and effective fund utilization.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control processes.
Required Skill Set
Strong knowledge of financial accounting, cost accounting, and management accounting
Hands-on experience with SAP Business One
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Experience in audit coordination and internal controls
Good understanding of inventory accounting, manufacturing costing, and WIP valuation
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Prior experience in manufacturing and trading companies preferred
Strong business and financial acumen
Willingness to relocate to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
