As a Chat Support Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers through live chat. Your role will focus on providing timely assistance, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, patient, and confident in managing multiple conversations while maintaining professionalism and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
- Assist customers with product questions, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns
- Provide clear, accurate, and solution-focused responses
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems

Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or a related role
