Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the proper management of raw materials.
  • Control the delivery, the receipt of orders and the storage.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of a team of bakers and apprentice bakers.
  • Respect and enforce the recipe cards.
  • Participate in the preparation, finishing and baking of the breads.
