Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine (Italian Speaker) to lead our Italian kitchen within a large, highspan style="font-family:"Cambria Math

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the Italian kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and culinary concepts, maintaining authenticity and innovation.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Control food and labor costs, optimizing efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional qualification

Minimum 8 10 years of progressive experience in authentic Italian cuisine

Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a managerial role (Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or Senior Sous Chef)

Proven experience working in large hotels, luxury resorts, or highspan style="font-family:"Cambria Math
