Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Development of creative and seasonal menus.
- Supervision of the preparation of dishes.
- Coordination and training of the kitchen team (chefs de partie, commis chefs, etc.).
- Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, while ensuring a constant quality of the dishes.
- Inventory and purchasing management for the kitchen.
- Management of the budget and control of kitchen costs to maximize the profitability of the establishment.
- Diploma in culinary arts.
- Creative, rigorous and a good leader.
- My knowledge of modern and traditional culinary techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
