Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Development of creative and seasonal menus.
  • Supervision of the preparation of dishes.
  • Coordination and training of the kitchen team (chefs de partie, commis chefs, etc.).
  • Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, while ensuring a constant quality of the dishes.
  • Inventory and purchasing management for the kitchen.
  • Management of the budget and control of kitchen costs to maximize the profitability of the establishment.
  • Diploma in culinary arts.
  • Creative, rigorous and a good leader.
  • My knowledge of modern and traditional culinary techniques.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards.
