Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Compliance with health and safety regulations.
Implement the chef's instructions regarding food safety.
Implementing the chef's instructions regarding securing raw materials according to the daily menu and preparing meals.
Preparing hot dishes for lunch and dinner.
Preparing cafeteria meals and meals for hospital staff and on-call doctors according to the daytime menu.
Count the food cards that need to be prepared for different diets according to the food cards sent from all hospital departments.
Responsible for the refrigerator in the Sakhn area
Contribute to serving meals, i.e., distributing portions to patients' trays according to food cards.
Store unused raw materials and spare food in approved storage locations according to quality standards.
Monitor the cleanliness of the work team and supervise the cleanliness program in the department.
Take the temperature of the food and ensure that it meets quality standards and take the necessary measures.
Prepare sweets and pastries as needed.
Ensure that his work area and the machines and tools within it are clean.
Receive goods and ensure they meet the required quality standards in the absence of the head chef.
