Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Menu Development: Design and curate a diverse international menu, incorporating Flavors and techniques from various global cuisines.
Food Preparation: Skill fully prepares and cook a variety of international dishes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and liaise with suppliers to source the finest and freshest ingredients. Manage food costs and minimize waste through effective planning and forecasting.
Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and sanitation. Implement and uphold strict food safety protocols in compliance with local health regulations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Chef de Cuisine and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations and enhance guest satisfaction. Assist in training and mentoring junior staff in international culinary techniques.
What we need from you
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a culinary role, with at least 1 year as a Chef de Partie or similar position specializing in international cuisine. GCC exposure is preferred.
Education: Culinary degree or equivalent professional training from a recognized institution.
Skills: Exceptional culinary skills with a deep understanding of various international cooking techniques and ingredients. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Languages: English fluency is required. Arabic fluency preferred.
Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about global culinary arts. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and adapt to changing guest preferences.
Additional Information:
Work Environment: The role is based in a luxury hotel, known for delivering unparalleled hospitality and offering diverse dining options.
Team Collaboration: The Chef De Partie will work closely with various departments to ensure a cohesive and exceptional dining experience for guests
