Roles & Responsibilities


A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you ll mostly do:

  • Take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring preparation and service are consistently top-tier.

  • Supervise and train Demi Chefs and Commis, maintaining a high-performance environment.

  • Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are upheld at all times (HACCP compliance).

  • Collaborate with Sous Chefs and other team members to create innovative menus and seasonal specials.

  • Monitor stock levels and minimize waste through efficient mise-en-place and storage practices.

  • Maintain presentation and taste standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand consistency.

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant.

  • Culinary diploma or professional kitchen training.

  • Deep knowledge of international cuisine, with specialty in at least one (e.g., Arabic, Asian, Mediterranean, etc.).

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural kitchen.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays.
