Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook the dishes according to the technical specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure setup before service (preparations, cutting, chilling).
- Ensure the careful plating of dishes and the proper presentation of food.
- Respect food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP).
- Good mastery of culinary techniques (hot, cold, sauces, cooking).
- Speed, rigor, sense of organization.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
