Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and plate the dishes for one's section.
- Organize and supervise the work of the clerks if necessary.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
- Control the quality of products and manage the stocks of your section.
- Participate in menu planning.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Training in cooking or hospitality.
