Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes within a specific section according to recipes and standards.
Ensure high levels of food quality, portion control, and consistency.
Assist the Sous Chef in managing junior staff and delegating tasks within the section.
Monitor stock levels, reduce wastage, and ensure timely ordering of ingredients.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
