Roles & Responsibilities

Chef de Partie or Demi chef :  Experience in Mediterranean influence (French, Greek cuisine etc) Chef de partie or Demi chef : Lebanese Cuisine Chef de partie or Demi chef : Butchery Chef de partie or Demi chef : Josper, steak house & BBQ experience Chef de partie or Demi chef : Burgers, Shawarma, Sandwiches etc Chef de partie or Demi chefs : Far eastern cuisine, Nikkei cuisine Chef de partie or Demi chef : Latin American, Peruvian Chef de Partie & Demi chef :    Ala carte and In room dining experience Chef de partie & Demi chef :     Pastry & Bakery

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a hotel/restaurant kitchen

  2. Good knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations

  3. Ability to handle a specific kitchen section independently (for Chef de Partie)

  4. Basic supervisory skills and team coordination ability

  5. Understanding of hygiene, HACCP, and food safety practices

  6. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  7. Strong attention to detail and consistency

  8. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

  9. Culinary diploma or relevant certification preferred
