Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute a wide range of sandwiches according to the restaurant s menu and standards
- Assemble sandwiches accurately based on recipes and customer requests while maintaining portion control and presentation consistency
- Cook, grill, and finish sandwich items as required
- Ensure daily mise en place is prepared and maintained throughout service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times
- Restock ingredients and supplies to ensure uninterrupted service
- Strictly follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen or restaurant
Proven ability to prepare sandwiches, wraps, and related items consistently and efficiently
Strong understanding of portion control, presentation, and speed of execution
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Physically able to stand for long periods and handle busy service hours
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Education
Hospitality or culinary education is an advantage
