As a Project Contract Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Define and implement the contractual strategy in the execution phase.
  
• Ensure the management of claims and contractual relations with partners (investors, Offtaker, contracting companies);
  
• Identify and anticipate contractual risks, propose mitigation plans;
  
• Monitor contract execution: milestones, deliverables, costs, guarantees, insurance, KPIs, claims;
  
• Write, analyze and manage contractual correspondence;
  
• Support the project team in understanding their contractual obligations;
  
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders: Construction Management, lawyers, engineers, shareholders, local authorities;
  
• Participate in meetings with contractors and in claims negotiations;
  
• Ensure reporting to management and shareholders;
  
• Contribute to feedback and continuous process improvement.
