Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Pilotage du projet d'industrialisation
- Définir et suivre le planning d'industrialisation
- Animer l'équipe projet (méthodes, production, qualité, achats, supply chain)
- Assurer le respect des coûts, délais et objectifs qualité
- Gérer les risques et plans d'actions
Industrialisation et montée en cadence
- Piloter les pré-séries et séries pilotes
- Suivre les indicateurs industriels (rendement, rebut, temps de cycle)
- Accompagner la montée en cadence
- Résoudre les problèmes process / produit
Qualité & conformité
- Déployer les outils qualité
- Assurer la conformité réglementaire et normative
- Valider les dossiers de validation industrielle (PPAP / FAI selon secteur)
Reporting & communication
- Rendre compte de l'avancement projet à la direction
- Animer les comités projet
- Capitaliser le retour d'expérience (REX)
Desired Candidate Profile
Diplôme ingénieur ou Bac+5 (génie industriel, mécanique, matériaux, production, procédés)
Expérience du lancement de nouveaux produits / process
Expérience en environnement industriel exigeant (qualité, coûts, délais)
Gestion de projet (planning, risques, budget)
Industrialisation produit & process
Lecture de plans, nomenclatures, dossiers techniques
Procédés de fabrication et d'assemblage
