Roles & Responsibilities
Missions
Prepare the ingredients and organize the work area.
Cook dishes according to the establishment's recipes and standards.
Check the quality and presentation of the dishes before serving.
Respect the rules of hygiene, safety and food storage.
Participate in stock and order management.
Clean and maintain the equipment and the kitchen.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and fast service.
Profile
Professional kitchen experience preferred.
Knowledge of culinary techniques and HACCP hygiene standards.
Creativity and a sense of taste.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Punctuality, organization and rigor.
