Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Chef
Design, develop and supervise the preparation of dishes in accordance with quality standards.
- Create varied and balanced menus taking into account seasonal products and the budget.
- Supervise, train and coordinate the kitchen team (assistants, cooks, dishwashers).
- Ensure the dishes are presented correctly before being sent to the dining room.
- Manage inventories, supplies and orders of raw materials.
Excellent mastery of culinary techniques and different cooking methods.
- Developed sense of taste, creativity and aesthetics.
- Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
