Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To execute the work of planning, organizing, directing, and supervising all kitchen activities such as food preparation and distribution.
  • To set the daily work program and assign duties for the staff.
  • To observe the quantity and quality of food continuously.
  • To observe the kitchen s cleanness.
  • To observe the application of principles and bases of general safety.
  • To provide the kitchen necessities and needs in coordination with other departments.
  • To execute any other work assigned for him within his specialization.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

  • A certificate from one of the specialized hotel institutes after secondary school.
  • 3 years of experience in the field of hospital nutrition.
  • Competence in HACCP.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of the work needs in the kitchen.
  • The ability to supervise and follow up persistently.
  • Ability to contact and make good relations with others.
  • To be acquainted with English Language.
