Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To execute the work of planning, organizing, directing, and supervising all kitchen activities such as food preparation and distribution.
- To set the daily work program and assign duties for the staff.
- To observe the quantity and quality of food continuously.
- To observe the kitchen s cleanness.
- To observe the application of principles and bases of general safety.
- To provide the kitchen necessities and needs in coordination with other departments.
- To execute any other work assigned for him within his specialization.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- A certificate from one of the specialized hotel institutes after secondary school.
- 3 years of experience in the field of hospital nutrition.
- Competence in HACCP.
Skills and Competencies:
- Good knowledge of the work needs in the kitchen.
- The ability to supervise and follow up persistently.
- Ability to contact and make good relations with others.
- To be acquainted with English Language.
