Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present authentic Lebanese dishes according to traditional recipes and restaurant standards.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ingredient procurement, and stock management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Develop and innovate menu items while preserving authenticity.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistent quality.
• Monitor food costs and minimize waste without compromising quality.
