Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize productivity and morale.
- Develop and execute creative and seasonal menus, ensuring alignment with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation, maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and visual appeal.
- Manage food inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to optimize profitability and minimize waste.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a culinary degree or equivalent professional certification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant or similar culinary environment.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.
