Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the stewarding team.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and restaurant areas.
- Control the management of stocks of equipment and cleaning products.
- Train personnel in hygiene and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and internal procedures.
