Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the stewarding team.

  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and restaurant areas.
  • Control the management of stocks of equipment and cleaning products.
  • Train personnel in hygiene and safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and internal procedures.
