Roles & Responsibilities

The organization is the Arab Trade Financing Program.
Job title: Head of Administrative and Personnel Affairs Department
Department of Finance and Administration
The direct supervisor is the Director of the Finance and Administration Department.
The Arab Trade Finance Program is seeking to fill the position of "Head of Administrative Affairs and Personnel" in the Finance and Administration Department.
Highly qualified and experienced professionals with expertise in recruitment, benefits and payroll management, training, and employee evaluation.
Main tasks:
- Participating in plans to assess workforce needs, protect workers' rights, develop their capabilities, and preserve their rights
They have the program.
- Contributing to the development of the organizational structure and preparing job descriptions and personnel for the program.
- Maintaining employee records in a way that ensures the privacy of information and documents the program's obligations towards employees.
- Participating in the preparation of studies and proposals related to administrative instructions, regulations, and procedures for managing personnel affairs.
And to work on reviewing and developing it.
- Supervising the implementation of procedures related to the appointment or termination of employees and the payment of their financial entitlements during the service period.
- Participating in evaluating job applications, conducting necessary interviews, and submitting recommendations for suitable candidates.
Academic and professional qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent, and a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 7 years of experience in similar fields of work at a leadership level in well-known regional, international, or local financial institutions.
High level of financial and administrative discipline and organized institutional work.
- Possesses high skills in positive communication with all parties, research, report writing, administrative organization, and risk management.
- Experience in managing administrative affairs and personnel, as well as experience in managing procurement.
- Skills in using technical tools.
- Experience in preparing and organizing administrative procedures.
- Full proficiency in both Arabic and English, and proficiency in French is an added advantage.
