Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly production processes in accordance with the production plan,
  • Monitor raw material mixing, extrusion, cooling, and cutting stages in the EVA granule production line,
  • Control and optimize process parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and viscosity,
  • Analyze production line malfunctions and coordinate resolution processes with the technical team,
  • Analyze production efficiency and scrap rates and develop continuous improvement proposals,
  • Prepare production reports and submit them to management regularly,
  • Conduct production activities in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHS standards,
  • Collaborate with the quality control, maintenance, and R&D departments to implement process improvements,
  • Take an active role in new product trials (R&D Trials) and determine production parameters,
  • Support the technical training, occupational safety awareness, and discipline of production personnel,
  • Manage and supervise production staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduated from the departments of Chemical Engineering or Polymer Engineering,
  • Minimum 2 5 years of experience in EVA, polymer, plastic, rubber, or granule production facilities,
  • Experience in extrusion, granulation, or compounding systems,
  • Knowledge of production line automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI) and process control systems,
  • Good command of English (knowledge of Turkish is an advantage),
  • Strong analytical thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills,
  • Team-oriented, strong communication skills, and result-focused,
  • Residing in or able to work in Cairo, Egypt,
  • For male candidates: military service must be completed.
  • Experience in EVA or similar thermoplastic polymer production,
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Office programs,
  • Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and 5S practices,
  • Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma).
