Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes and equipment.
- Conduct research to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Analyze production data and identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and production engineers.
- Develop and scale up new chemical processes from laboratory to production.
- Monitor and troubleshoot operational issues in real-time.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation.
- Support quality control and process validation activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduated from faculty of Engineer (Chemistry department) or Faculty of Science ( Chemistry Department) .
- English must be perfect.
- Proven work experience as a Chemical Engineer as a same field ( Textile)
- Bachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering (BSc) or a related field; a Master s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or processing environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of chemical process design, Washing, simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD), and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
