Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct complex chemical analyses using advanced instrumentation to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and optimize chemical processes, contributing to the innovation and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing experimental findings and proposing actionable solutions to technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and production, to translate scientific findings into practical applications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Chemistry or a closely related field, with a strong foundation in organic and inorganic chemistry.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on laboratory experience in a chemical manufacturing or research environment.
  • Certification in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) or Hazardous Materials Management is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
