Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative and stable aerosol body spray and deodorant formulations, optimizing for efficacy, fragrance compatibility, and consumer appeal.
  • Conduct thorough testing and analysis of formulations, including stability studies, compatibility assessments, and performance evaluations under various conditions.
  • Troubleshoot formulation issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to maintain product quality and performance.
  • Scale up formulations from lab to pilot plant and manufacturing scales, ensuring seamless transfer and consistent product characteristics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Master's or Doctoral degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on formulation science.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in aerosol formulation, specifically for body sprays and deodorants.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of aerosol propellants, solvents, surfactants, and fragrance technologies.
  • Has a proven track record of developing stable and commercially successful aerosol products.
