Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and precise reporting of financial results.
  • Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are highly preferred to demonstrate expertise in accounting principles.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a senior or managerial role within a corporate environment.
  • Experience in the specific industry sector relevant to the organization, providing insights into financial operations and challenges.
