Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full accounting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Report directly to the CEO, providing clear financial updates, analysis, and recommendations for decision-making.
• Liaise closely with the Office Manager to coordinate and monitor all daily accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and liquidity to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory entities.
• Develop and improve accounting procedures, tools, and internal controls.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights on cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage payroll review and ensure proper posting of related entries.
• Maintain and update the general ledger, chart of accounts, and supporting schedules.
• Support the CEO in strategic planning through financial modeling and analysis.
• Prepare special financial reports and handle requests from top management.
