Chief Accountant

SIAD is looking for a Chief Accountant to lead and oversee the company s accounting function and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to strengthening financial governance and supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial statements and supporting disclosures in line with IFRS
• Oversee daily accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations)
• Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with authorities
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures
• Manage audit processes and liaise with external auditors
• Lead and develop the accounting team
• Coordinate with Group Finance on reporting requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master s or CPA is a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial accounting role
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic
