Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and budgets

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll, costing, etc.)

  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes

  • Conduct financial analysis and present reports to management

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

  • Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders

  • Monitor and enhance internal controls and accounting procedures

  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and other departments to support business objectives

  • Work with Oracle Financials (Oracle ERP) system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or equivalent is a plus)

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant accounting experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or Chief Accountant

  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

  • Full exposure to accounting cycles (GL, AR, AP, Costing, etc.)

  • Experience with Oracle ERP system is a strong advantage

  • Excellent command of English

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards (IFRS preferred)

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

  • Ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights

  • Strong understanding of internal controls and risk management

  • Experience in ERP systems, preferably Oracle Financials

  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • High level of professionalism

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
