Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and budgets
Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll, costing, etc.)
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
Conduct financial analysis and present reports to management
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders
Monitor and enhance internal controls and accounting procedures
Collaborate with HR, Operations, and other departments to support business objectives
Work with Oracle Financials (Oracle ERP) system
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or equivalent is a plus)
Minimum 7 years of relevant accounting experience
Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or Chief Accountant
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Full exposure to accounting cycles (GL, AR, AP, Costing, etc.)
Experience with Oracle ERP system is a strong advantage
Excellent command of English
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication and leadership skills
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards (IFRS preferred)
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights
Strong understanding of internal controls and risk management
Experience in ERP systems, preferably Oracle Financials
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
High level of professionalism
Strong communication and presentation skills
