Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting functions (GL, AP, AR) and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records across group entities.

• Handle month-end and year-end closing including journal entries, provisions, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Monitor billing, receivables ageing, collections, and credit control to ensure healthy cash flow.

• Manage subcontractor and supplier accounts including invoice certification, booking, reconciliation, and payment processing.

• Review project costing (CTC), budget vs actuals, and analyze project profitability and variances.

• Ensure revenue recognition in line with project progress and applicable accounting standards (IFRS).

• Prepare MIS reports, WIP reports, and detailed variance analysis using Excel / Power BI.

• Monitor group cash flow, working capital, fund allocation, and banking facilities for smooth operations.

• Ensure VAT and Corporate Tax compliance including filing, reconciliations, and audit coordination.

• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations across group entities.

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and support group-level financial reporting and analysis.

• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities for audits and financial reviews.

• Maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and financial governance across the group.

• Supervise and lead the accounts team, ensuring timely reporting, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
