• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Maintain strong internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
• Ensure proper documentation and record retention.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor actual performance versus budget.
• Analyze variances and provide explanations.

5. Team Management

• Supervise and guide accounting staff.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Provide training and technical support to team members.

6. Tax and Regulatory Matters

• Ensure accurate preparation and submission of tax returns.
• Coordinate with tax advisors and government authorities.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations.

7. Systems and Process Improvement

• Participate in improving accounting procedures and financial systems.
• Ensure proper use of ERP or accounting software.
• Support automation and process efficiency initiatives.
