Experience:

5 years of professional related experience with 2 years of ERP experience.

• Manage all financial operations and relevant audits systematically in terms of accuracy of accounts, validity of signatures, powers, audit observations, receipts and appropriations to ensure their compliance with the approved policies and procedures.
• Preparation of financial statements and budget for the year; Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions, reconciliations, and closing activities
• Entering accounting entries and data on the ERP and preparing the required reports and comparisons
• Ensure Oversee Zakat, VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax filings in compliance with Saudi regulations
• Prepare the data required to make the estimated budgets and compare it with actual on quarterly basis
• Preparing financial claims, following up on collections and examining accounts receivable
• Follow up the existing financial agreement with the customer, vendors and employees to ensure the commitments are fulfilled in timely manner
• Monitor the actual results of the company and compare them with the estimated budget, prepare periodic reports of deviations between the actual figures and the estimated budget figures, explain the reasons for these deviations and the necessary recommendations to address their causes
• Follow-up issuance of approved financial statements with external auditors
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, data management and applications utilization
