Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Chief Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to oversee all financial and accounting operations of the company, ensure compliance with applicable standards and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Responsabilit s :

  • Supervise and manage daily accounting operations (general accounting, suppliers, customers, treasury).
  • Prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards as well as tax obligations.
  • Manage accounting closings and coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts and financial analyses.
  • Establish and improve internal procedures and controls.
  • To supervise and develop the accounting team.
  • To monitor cash flow and optimize the company's financial management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in accounting, finance or related field.

Proven experience in a similar role.

My mastery of accounting and tax standards.

Excellent mastery of computer tools and accounting software.

Strong analytical skills, rigor and organizational skills.

Leadership and ability to manage a team.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
