Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main tasks:
- Supervise and manage the company's general accounting
- Ensure the monitoring of accounts payable (data entry, payments, reconciliations)
- Manage customer accounting (invoicing, payments, reminders)
- Develop and analyze cost accounting
- Prepare tax and social security returns
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
- To manage and supervise the accounting team
- Participate in budget preparation and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with current accounting and tax standards
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (4-year) or Master's degree (5-year) in Accounting, Finance or Management
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position
- Master's degree in general and analytical accounting
- Good knowledge of Moroccan tax regulations
- My proficiency with accounting software and Excel
- Rigour, organisation and analytical skills
- Ability to lead a team
