1. Financial Analysis & MIS Reporting

Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports.

Monitor sales, margins, expenses, and working capital.

Compare actual performance against budget and highlight key variances.

Develop accurate and standardized financial reports.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead the annual budgeting and planning process.

Analyze variances and prepare detailed commentary.

Support departments in preparing realistic budgets based on past performance.

3. Costing

Ensure accuracy of product costing for pricing decisions.

Monitor material price and usage variances.

Update standard costs and allocate overheads appropriately.

4. Accounting & Working Capital Management

Review and process trade marketing and promotional spends.

Monitor receivables, enforce credit limits, and ensure timely collections.

Track inventory levels and analyze slow-moving items.

Coordinate with procurement and manufacturing teams on variances.

5. Systems & Controls

Utilize ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) for reporting and control.

Strengthen and standardize financial processes and documentation.

6. People Management

Supervise and train finance staff to enhance skill levels.

Review and verify monthly payroll and related financial transactions.
