Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management • Oversee daily accounting operations • Manage monthly and yearly closing processes • Prepare financial statements and reports for management • Monitor accounts receivable and payable • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Performance Analysis (Retail & MIS)
• Prepare detailed sales reports for all branches
• Analyze product performance (Top / Slow / Dead Stock)
• Analyze sales staff performance (Sales per Staff / Productivity)
• Prepare reports based on key performance indicators such as:
• Average Transaction Value (ATV)
• Units per Transaction (UPT)
• Profit margins
• Identify performance gaps and root causes
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales and profitability



Management Support
• Prepare periodic analytical reports for senior management
• Convert data into actionable business insights
• Identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities



Requirements & Qualifications

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (mandatory)
• Professional certifications (CPA / ACCA) are preferred



Experience:
• 5–8 years of accounting experience
• Proven experience in the retail sector (mandatory)
• Experience in MIS / Sales analysis reporting



Skills:
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables / Dashboards / Data Analysis)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to link data to business performance
• Deep understanding of retail KPIs
• High accuracy and ability to work under pressure



Key Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
• Ability to professionally analyze sales data and convert it into clear, actionable reports that support decision-making, not just perform traditional accounting tasks

This role requires a hands-on professional who can combine financial management with operational analysis. It is not suitable for candidates focused only on traditional accounting tasks.
